Well, I’m going to show you how to make a nourishing chocolate breakfast that your body will LOVE and it’s ridiculously easy! In truth, chocolate chia pudding can be eaten for breakfast, as a snack or dessert. WINNING! Don’t be afraid to have fun with this super simple recipe and add any seasonal berries on top to boost your antioxidant intake and immune system!

Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla bean paste
  • Cacao nibs and crushed almonds (optional)
  • Seasonal Berries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until creamy (except toppings)
  2. Pour into 4 glasses or bowls
  3. Leave to set in fridge for 10 minutes
  4. Top with cacao nibs, almonds and any seasonal berries (optional)
